Vinculan a sujeto que privó de la vida a su hermano

Por el delito de homicidio, el juez penal vinculó a proceso a un hombre de 43 años de edad, que de acuerdo a las investigaciones de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), privó de la vida a su hermano en un rancho ubicado en la carretera Comala-Suchitlán.

El imputado fue capturado en flagrancia y turnado a la autoridad jurisdiccional, debido a que según datos de prueba que obran en el expediente, ultimó a la víctima en el lugar de referencia, atropellándola con un vehículo.

Es importante decir que tras detenerlo y agotar el trámite ante la autoridad ministerial, esta persona quedó a disposición del juez que calificó de legal la detención y lo vinculó a proceso, decretando para él la prisión preventiva oficiosa como medida cautelar.

De esta forma, la Fiscalía General del Estado trabaja en el cumplimiento de su responsabilidad, esclareciendo los delitos y llevando ante la justicia a quienes los cometen.

Para contribuir a las acciones que llevan a cabo las autoridades en el combate de la delincuencia, se exhorta a la sociedad a que presente sus denuncias anónimas al 089 y reporte las emergencias a la línea 911.
