La Delegada Estatal del Gobierno de México en Colima, Indira Vizcaíno, detalló temas relativos a los avances en la entrega de los programas sociales de la administración de Andrés Manuel López Obrador, destacando avances en rubros como los apoyos de “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” y la pensión universal a personas mayores a los 68 años.
Vizcaíno Silva destacó el avance de jóvenes registrados en el programa de aprendices en empresas, quienes recibirán $3,600 pesos al mes, y ya hay al menos 2 mil de ellos que ya están participando activamente y recibiendo dicho apoyo. Además, refirió que ya se han sumado las dependencias públicas, por lo que habrá un crecimiento del registro de este programa en la entidad.
De igual manera, explicó que aquellos adultos mayores de más de 68 años que recibirán la pensión de $2,550 pesos bimestrales y aún no tengan su tarjeta de depósito, en breve estarán recibiendo la visita de personal adscrito al Gobierno federal.
Sobre los maestros de EMSAD que siguen con pagos rezagados, urgió a Gobierno del Estado a trabajar en coordinación con el Gobierno de México, para que el contrato de éstos cumpla el proceso administrativo, y se pueda realizar el pago correspondiente, que aclaró, “está asegurado”.
En cuanto a los apoyos a los refugios de mujeres violentadas, al igual que otras asociaciones civiles, consideró que habrá que esperar “los nuevos criterios en materia de atención a grupos vulnerables puesto que se generaban a través de algunas asociaciones civiles”.
Consideró positivo el hecho de que los apoyos lleguen directamente a las personas, sin intermediarios, o sin llegar a una asociación civil. Un ejemplo de ello son las madres de familia de hijos con algún tipo de discapacidad, o que tienen la necesidad de llevar a sus hijos a una estancia infantil. Explicó que estas madres de familia recibirán el apoyo por cada uno de sus hijos de manera directa, adelantando que el censo de infantes en las estancias está casi terminado. Abundó, al respecto, que se han estimado poco más de 4 mil infantes registrados en estas estancias.
