El Gobierno del Estado a través del Instituto Colimense del Deporte y en coordinación con el Club Deportivo de Futbol Chivas Rayadas de Guadalajara anunciaron el encuentro de pretemporada entre el equipo femenil del rebaño sagrado y la Selección Colima, el cual, se realizará el próximo sábado 14 de diciembre a partir de las 17:00 horas en el Estadio Colima.
En conferencia de prensa, la directora del Instituto Colimense del Deporte, Ciria Salazar, dijo el costo del boleto general será de 30 pesos y en palco de 60 pesos.
Agregó que uno de los objetivos de este encuentro es que las jugadoras de Colima tengan también la oportunidad de ser observadas por parte de visores del Club Chivas. Subrayó que la jornada del sábado iniciará a las 14:00 horas.
Por su parte, la gerente de Chivas, Nelly Simón, mencionó que desde hace dos años y medio que existe este proyecto de la Liga MX de futbol femenil en el país, por lo que llena de orgullo a nivel nacional su existencia, y más ahora el desarrollo que ha tenido en todo el país y a nivel internacional.
Dijo que en el Club Chivas se busca la formación integral para que sean buenas chicas, mujeres, hermanas e hijas afuera de la cancha y de esta manera pueda generar un nivel de alto rendimiento, ya que se está apostando por cambiar el deporte femenil en México, por eso se está haciendo la pretemporada para hacer conciencia en las jugadoras de la profesionalización.
En su intervención Tania Morales, jugadora y capitana de Chivas, comentó que parte del crecimiento de la Liga Femenil MX, es también al interés que tienen por parte de las personas que les gusta el futbol, «estamos muy contentas de la pretemporada, es un tema nuevo y forma parte de nuestra profesionalización».
Al hacer uso de la voz, el entrenador Ramón Villa Zevallos, dijo que son el primer equipo femenil de México que realizan una pretemporada fuera de su Estado, este es una apertura para que los demás equipos lo puedan seguir, ya que el camino del futbol femenil continuará en ascenso.
Cabe destacar que los boletos se encuentran a la venta en la entrada de la Unidad Deportiva Morelos, de las 9:00 a las 20:00 horas.
