El Órgano Superior de Dirección del Instituto Electoral del Estado (IEE) de Colima aprobó este miércoles 30 de junio, durante su Trigésima Primera Sesión Extraordinaria del Proceso Electoral Local 2020-2021, la asignación de regidurías por el principio de Representación Proporcional (RP) de los diez ayuntamientos de la entidad, para el periodo constitucional 2021-2024.
Para realizar la asignación, conforme a lo que establece la legislación en la materia, el Consejo General determinó el número de regidurías de Representación Proporcional para cada uno de los ayuntamientos; la votación efectiva de la elección en cada municipio; y la correspondiente declaración de los partidos políticos, coalición, candidatura común y/o candidaturas independientes que no alcanzaron el 3% por ciento de la votación total emitida.
Asimismo estableció los conceptos base para la asignación de las regidurías por este principio, de cada uno de los diez ayuntamientos del estado, y por último aplicó de manera conjunta, sistemática y funcional, las reglas contempladas en el Código Electoral del Estado. Las regidurías asignadas por cada Ayuntamiento quedaron de la siguiente manera:

Durante la misma sesión de este miércoles, el Órgano de Dirección Máxima efectuó la declaratoria de validez correspondiente, respecto de la elección de regidurías por el principio de Representación Proporcional correspondiente al Proceso Electoral Local 2020-2021, así como la elegibilidad de las y los ciudadanos y entregó las respectivas constancias.
En otro punto del Orden del Día, las y los consejeros aprobaron las Actas de la Sesión Especial de Registro de Candidaturas a Diputaciones por el Principio de Representación Proporcional y de la Décima Tercera Sesión Ordinaria del Proceso Electoral Local 2020-2021, celebradas los días 08 y 12 de abril de la presente anualidad, respectivamente.
