En el marco de la primera reunión de “Desarrollo Regional Colima, Michoacán y Guerrero”, que se realizó en Colima con la finalidad de detonar el crecimiento de las tres entidades y de garantizar la consolidación de la 4T fomentando el desarrollo económico, social, cultural y deportivo, los tres mandatarios electos de estos estados acordaron estrategias y planes para potenciar una agenda común de salud, combate a la inseguridad, reactivación económica, igualdad de género, apoyo al turismo y la inclusión de grupos vulnerables, esto a través del intercambio de información, diseños de planeación, operación y la difusión de estrategias prioritarias y de interés para la región.
En el encuentro, donde estuvieron presentes Indira Vizcaíno Silva, gobernadora electa de Colima; Evelyn Salgado Pineda, gobernadora electa de Guerrero; Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, gobernador electo de Michoacán, y Mario Delgado Carrillo, presidente nacional de Morena, se resaltó que este es el inicio de una nueva etapa de trabajo conjunto con el Gobierno de México.
En el acuerdo se respaldan las políticas y acciones emanadas desde el Gobierno Federal y que se apoya en los valores de la Cuarta Transformación y el obradorismo, los cuales se reconocen como imprescindibles para lograr un cambio verdadero en México y los estados involucrados.
La gobernadora más joven de México destacó que “en México nos encontramos en una nueva etapa de reconciliación política. Estamos ante el comienzo de gobiernos que serán responsables, solidarios y empáticos con la población. La gente ha decidido y ahora somos 17 gobiernos estatales de Morena en los que compartimos principios e ideologías y esto nos permite construir una nueva dinámica de relación, cooperación y coordinación”. Durante la rueda de prensa, Evelyn Salgado mencionó que se trabajará en conjunto con autoridades de los tres estados para trazar acciones que abonen al bienestar de la gente.
“Estamos conscientes de la diversidad y del potencial económico de la región, por ello vamos a colaborar para que nuestros gobiernos sean integradores y ya no sólo se hable de los gobiernos del norte y del sur”. En el diálogo se analizaron los logros obtenidos en las pasadas elecciones y Alfredo Ramírez expresó que este acuerdo se centra en 4 pilares: seguridad, economía, ámbito social y turismo.
“Haremos del corredor turístico un atractivo de fama internacional, un corredor que vaya desde Acapulco, Manzanillo, Vallarta, Mazatlán y Los Cabos. También se creará una estrategia interestatal de seguridad en la que el turismo sienta tranquilidad de visitar nuestros estados sin preocupación”.
En su discurso, Mario Delgado celebró que con esta reunión se inaugura una nueva etapa en la política, donde se deja atrás la confrontación y nace una nueva visión de colaboración. También destacó la ubicación geográfica de estos tres estados.
“México y en especial esta zona de occidente donde se encuentra Colima, Guerrero y Michoacán, es muy importante a nivel continental ya que somos una conexión directa con el mercado de Asia-Pacífico y también un atractivo para el mercado europeo, esto creará que países se interesen en crear lazos directos y así establecer inversiones que beneficien a los puertos del país”.
El evento permitió hacer un análisis de la situación actual de los estados y sirvió para que se compartieran diferentes visiones y posibles soluciones para afrontar los retos que se avecinan en sus inicios de gobierno.
