Durante la conferencia mañanera de este miércoles 11 de agosto, el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador hizo referencia a los gobernadores salientes que están dejando a sus entidades en condiciones de quebranto financiero, como el caso de Colima, donde la administración peraltista no tiene para pagar nómina.
A pregunta expresa sobre malas prácticas del Fonden, dijo: «Es como lo que está sucediendo, ahora que están terminando algunos gobernadores, que no manejaron adecuadamente sus fondos, sus recursos y no tienen para pagar las nóminas.
Entonces, lo primero que hago es: A ver, si se les han entregado puntualmente las participaciones en todos los casos, es más, se les entregaron hasta por adelantado, al grado de que ahora que hay problemas en algunos estados donde hay cambios los que van a entrar están planteando: ‘Ya no les entreguen todo porque nos va a quedar a nosotros o no nos va a quedar nada’, porque hay casos en donde se entregó por adelantado para ayudar las participaciones y los que van a entrar van a recibir muy poco».
Refrendó que ayudará a estas entidades: «sobre todo para el pago de las nóminas, porque no se le puede retener el salario a los trabajadores, en el caso de las nóminas se tiene que ayudar. Y no nos corresponde legalmente, el gobierno federal no le debe a ningún estado sus participaciones, a ningún estado».
