De acuerdo a las normas establecidas por el Sistema Nacional Anticorrupción; por lo dispuesto en la Ley de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Publica del Estado de Colima, así como lo establecido en el artículo 32 de la Ley General de Responsabilidades Administrativas, el director general del Instituto Colimense del Deporte, Sergio Jiménez Bojado, presentó ante la Contraloría General del Estado su Declaración de Situación Patrimonial y de Intereses de Servidores Públicos.

Al igual que lo hiciera la gobernadora del estado, Indira Vizcaíno Silva, y su gabinete a principios del mes de diciembre, el director del Incode cumplió con el compromiso de transparencia y del cual señaló se realizó en tiempo y forma siguiendo el ejemplo de la mandataria estatal.

“Es un compromiso de transparencia y rendición de cuentas, lo estamos haciendo de manera voluntaria porque eso precisa la Cuarta Transformación y lo estamos haciendo en tiempo y forma atendiendo el llamado y el ejemplo de la gobernadora de cumplir con ese requisito que nos establece la ley ante los ciudadanos de Colima”, señaló.

Comentó que con esta acción dejan en manifiesto que los funcionarios que desde el primero de noviembre entraron en funciones y están integrados de manera formal al servicio público, asumen la responsabilidad en el combate a la corrupción iniciando desde el funcionario mismo y demostrando coherencia de lo que se pregona en esta nueva administración estatal.

La iniciativa que comenzó desde la sociedad civil y que hoy obliga a los servidores públicos a mostrar su patrimonio actual, dará seguimiento paso a paso a la honestidad, transparencia y austeridad en las acciones de cada funcionario de gobierno y su evolución en el desempeño profesional ante la institución a la cual fue encomendado, describió Jiménez Bojado.
