Con la finalidad de cuidar la salud física y mental de las y los deportistas, el Instituto Municipal del Deporte (INMUDE), continúa con el programa de asesoría nutricional gratuita para las y los atletas del municipio de Manzanillo, de manera adicional podrá atenderse a las personas que así lo deseen.

Por instrucciones de la alcaldesa Griselda Martínez, el INMUDE continuará con este programa que desde el año pasado se brinda a favor de las y los deportistas en la unidad deportiva Jaime “Tubo” Gómez, así que se continuará con esta orientación nutricional a cargo de nutriólogos especializados que vienen de Guadalajara.

En este sentido, especialistas en nutrición y un equipo de colaboradores, atenderán en un módulo en la Unidad Deportiva Jaime “Tubo” Gómez, los días 29 de enero, 19 de febrero, 5 y 19 de marzo, en horario vespertino, ahí los deportistas o quien desee recibir la asesoría nutricional será atendido de manera oportuna.

El examen personalizado inicia con una evaluación corporal a través de bioimpedancia, mediciones de psicometría, circunferencia corporal para poder obtener resultados completos y con ello, crear planes de alimentación para que los deportistas tengan una disciplina alimenticia completa.

Estas jornadas de asesoría nutricional se realizan cada quince días, en días sábados para que las y los deportistas de manera periódica logren los estándares físicos requeridos para realizar sus actividades con mejor desempeño.
