La presidenta municipal Griselda Martínez acudió a las instalaciones de la Comisión de Agua Potable, Drenaje y Alcantarillado de Manzanillo (CAPDAM) en donde entregó equipo de bombeo y rebombeo con lo que mejorarán los servicios de la paramunicipal a favor de las y los manzanillenses; la inversión que se realizó con recursos propios supera los 6 millones 330 mil pesos.
Con esta esta entrega de equipo, más las 7 unidades (4 camionetas y 3 vehículos compactos) que la alcaldesa entregó en esta misma semana a la CAPDAM, la inversión con recursos propios de la misma paramunicipal, asciende a la cantidad de 8 millones 966 mil pesos.
La alcaldesa señaló que se mejora la capacidad instalada y se da un mejor servicio a la población, pues entregó 13 equipos de bombeo de agua potable para pozos, “se sustituirán aquellos cuya vida útil ya fue rebasada y de esa manera, lograr un manejo eficiente del vital líquido”. Estos equipos serán instalados en los siguientes pozos: Las Huertas, Salagua, Colomos 2, Ivecol, El Garcero, Viveros, Santa Rita, El Charco; la inversión realizada fue de 1 millón 789 mil pesos.
Griselda Martínez mencionó que también se adquirieron equipos de bombeo para cárcamos de aguas residuales con el objetivo de mejorar la capacidad instalada, “fueron 22 equipos de bombeo de aguas negras, además se mejorará el consumo de energía, se reducirán los costos de operación y se atenderán de forma más inmediata las solicitudes de la población, son lo cual se recudirá el tiempo de respuesta”.
Estos equipos se instalarán en la colonia Hidalgo, Fondeport, Barrio 4, estación 7, Punta Chica, Estación 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 y 9; estación C, estación GYG, residencial El Colomo, Maeva, calle Reforma y colonia Burócrata, la en estos equipos fue de 4 millones 547 mil pesos, “antes cuando se descomponían estos equipos los desarmábamos y los mandábamos a arreglar y ahí se perdía mucho tiempo”.
La presidenta municipal destacó que por el manejo honesto y transparente de los recursos, la CAPDAM se equipa de manera preventiva para atender la problemática que se va presentando en barrios, colonias y en las comunidades. También agradeció el pago puntual de muchas y muchos usuarios, pues por ello, se logró comprar este equipo, “de esta manera se mejoran los servicios y la capacidad de atención respecto al abasto de agua potable y al manejo eficiente de las aguas negras”.
Agradeció el empeño diario a todos los servidores de la CAPDAM, pues dijo que se ha cuidado el recurso que es público para tener una mejor operación, “gracias a todos los que pagan de manera puntual y a los que lo hacen de manera anticipada”.
Es de recordar que en este mes de enero quien pague de manera anticipada podrá tener un descuento del 12 por ciento, en febrero el 10 y en marzo el 08 por ciento.
