70 AÑOS DE PRISIÓN POR SECUESTRO AGRAVADO

Un Juez dictó la sentencia condenatoria de 70 años de cárcel por el delito de secuestro agravado, a un hombre que junto con otras dos personas, privaron de la libertad a un menor de edad en el municipio de Manzanillo.

Las investigaciones de la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro (UECS) constituyen que el hoy sentenciado participó en el secuestro de su víctima, a la que privaron de la libertad en el mes de octubre del año 2020 y la mantuvieron en cautiverio en la comunidad Punta de Agua, en el municipio de Manzanillo, pidiendo la cantidad de 5 millones de pesos a cambio de su liberación.

Luego de que el masculino fue detenido a bordo de un vehículo de la marca Honda Civic con placas de circulación del Estado de Guerrero, se realizó un operativo en el que fue localizado el menor de edad con vida, víctima del secuestro.

Tras la detención del imputado, se puso a disposición de la autoridad jurisdiccional, quien una vez agotadas todas las etapas del proceso, le dictó la sentencia condenatoria de 70 años de prisión, así como un multa y el pago de la reparación del daño.

Para contribuir al combate a la delincuencia, esta dependencia llama a la población a denunciar los actos constitutivos de algún delito, a las líneas 089 de denuncia anónima y 911 para el reporte de las emergencias.
