A través de un videomensaje, el subsecretario de Administración del Gobierno del Estado, Víctor Manuel Torrero Enríquez, informó que hoy martes la administración estatal dio respuesta formal al Pliego Petitorio 2022 formulado por el Sindicato de Trabajadores al Servicio del Gobierno del Estado, en la que se informó que el incremento salarial que se aplicará durante el presente año para todas las y los trabajadores de la administración estatal será del 3%.

“Después de dialogar con la representación de las y los trabajadores sindicalizados, y de analizar a profundidad la situación financiera que enfrenta el Gobierno del Estado, se procedió a definir que este incremento salarial será, como les decía, del 3%”, indicó Torrero, quien agregó que esta es una “decisión responsable que protege los intereses y derechos de las y los trabajadores estatales, sin generar un riesgo para la viabilidad de los servicios y resultados que debemos entregarle a las y los contribuyentes colimenses, que, a final de cuentas son quienes, con sus impuestos, pagan los salarios de todas y todos los servidores públicos”. 

Detalló que el aumento del 3% es una decisión responsable, “ya que estamos avanzando en la resolución de la peor crisis financiera que ha vivido el Gobierno del Estado de Colima en toda su historia, como consecuencia de las irresponsables e insensibles decisiones de la administración anterior”.

En ese tenor, expuso que ha escuchado también con atención “la propuesta de la representación sindical de realizar una consulta para definir el incremento salarial, y, como demócratas que somos las personas que integramos esta administración, coincidimos de fondo con el planteamiento y le tomamos la palabra; solo que en una elemental lógica democrática, esto tendría que ser cuestionado no solo a las y los trabajadores estatales, sino a quienes con sus impuestos pagan los salarios de la burocracia estatal, que son todas y todos los ciudadanos colimenses”.

Torrero Enríquez abundó que se ha argumentado por parte de la dirigencia sindical una supuesta pérdida en el poder adquisitivo del salario de los trabajadores, “sin embargo, habría que contextualizar que, con el aumento definido para este 2022, tenemos que los últimos 19 años el salario de las y los trabajadores sindicalizados ha crecido más del 112%, mientras que la inflación acumulada en ese mismo periodo es de apenas 73%; es decir, que el salario ha crecido 39 puntos porcentuales arriba que la inflación”, mientras que las y los colimenses, trabajadoras y trabajadores también, “seguramente les ha pasado en sus respectivos empleos, sobre todo en momentos de dificultades financieras, que hay años en los que sus salarios no reciben ningún tipo de ajuste a la alza”.

El Subsecretario de Administración indicó que se mantiene una sincera disposición “para el diálogo franco y respetuoso con las y los trabajadores y sus liderazgos; solamente les informamos que, de acuerdo con la normativa vigente, no es necesario que exista un acuerdo signado entre el gobierno y la representación sindical para definir el incremento salarial. Por esto, el incremento anunciado comenzará a aplicarse a todas las y los trabajadores a partir de esta quincena”, agregando que el retroactivo de este incremento por los primeros meses del año, se pagará empezando abril.

Finalmente, reiteró que la administración que encabeza la gobernadora Indira Vizcaíno Silva “tomará siempre decisiones respetuosas de los derechos de las y los trabajadores y responsables en la utilización de los recursos que son de todas y todos los colimenses”.
