Para tal efecto, se decretó un espacio solemne en el que rindieron protesta las ciudadanas Yommira Jockimber Carrillo Barreto (suplente de Viridiana Valencia) y Colima Nataly Méndez García (suplente de Ana Karen Hernández).
Tanto la diputada Carrillo Barreto, como Méndez García asumieron su cargo de manera inmediata y se integraron a los trabajos de la LX Legislatura.
