“Como ciudadano tecomense y como alcalde, repruebo enérgicamente el acto vandálico cometido en contra de la imagen de la Virgen de la Candelaria ubicada en la autopista Tecomán-Colima. Es una lamentable situación que nos golpea fuertemente a las y los tecomenses creyentes. Y, reitero, repruebo este acto atroz. Las autoridades municipales colaborarán con las investigaciones correspondientes, y no descansaremos hasta encontrar a los responsables.  Invito a las personas que detectaron este acto de vandalismo a que colaboren con las investigaciones que lleven a cabo las autoridades competentes, para lograr que se haga justicia. Los buenos ciudadanos somos más y saldremos adelante trabajando juntos”, indicó el edil tecomense.
