CONGRESO APRUEBA DECLARAR EL 19 DE NOVIEMBRE DE CADA AÑO “DÍA ESTATAL DE LA GASTRONOMÍA TRADICIONAL COLIMENSE”

Durante la última sesión ordinaria, las y los diputados de la Sexagésima Legislatura aprobaron declarar como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial del Estado, por sus alimentos y bebidas representativas.

Esta aprobación tiene como la finalidad generar una manifestación cultural viva, representativa de la humanidad por su antigüedad, continuidad histórica, la originalidad de los productos de nuestro Estado, así como las técnicas y procedimientos y por otro lado otorgar identidad como Estado, así como impulsar proyectos turísticos, de entretenimiento y de alimentación regionales.

Presentado en tribuna por el diputado Miguel Ángel Galindo, quien suscribió la mencionada Iniciativa con proyecto de Decreto, en este se establece que en la mencionada fecha se realizarán actividades en la entidad relativas a preservar, difundir y reconocer las prácticas relacionadas con la comida tradicional colimense, mediante la convocatoria de las autoridades estatales y municipales, en coordinación con la iniciativa privada y sectores sociales, medios de comunicación y ciudadanía en general.

Dicho Decreto entra en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial “El Estado de Colima”, además de que deja sin efectos el Decreto 432 por el que se declara la Gastronomía Colimense, como Patrimonio Cultural Intangible del Estado, publicado en el 30 de diciembre del 2017 en el Periódico Oficial el “Estado de Colima”.
