CONSEJO DE ADMINISTRACIÓN DE CIAPACOV APRUEBA LICENCIA TEMPORAL DEL DIRECTOR GENERAL, VLADIMIR PARRA

La mañana de este miércoles durante la sesión ordinaria 196 del Consejo de Administración de CIAPACOV, fue aprobada con 19 votos a favor y 5 abstenciones, una solicitud de licencia temporal sin goce de sueldo al Director General de CIAPACOV, Vladimir Parra Barragán.

A través de una misiva enviada a la Presidenta del Consejo de Administración de CIAPACOV, Indira Vizcaíno; Vladimir Parra expuso su agradecimiento por la confianza brindada para encabezar el rescate y fortalecimiento de CIAPACOV, desde donde señaló haber asumido con responsabilidad la encomienda de realizar cambios importantes dentro de este organismo público, a través de desterrar la corrupción, manejando honesta y responsablemente los recursos como lo ha demostrado el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Parra Barragán también señaló que se ha recuperado la confianza de las y los usuarios, lo que ha permitido mejorar y equilibrar las finanzas públicas de CIAPACOV, reducir la cartera vencida, y hacer una importante inversión en la modernización de infraestructura como bombas, válvulas y tuberías; además de hacer una labor de mejora  permanente en la atención de los reportes de las personas usuarias.

El Director General de CIAPACOV externó:  “Es ante esta reflexión que solicito, en su calidad de presidenta del Consejo de Administración de Ciapacov, una licencia temporal sin goce de sueldo, con el fin de poder atender asuntos de índole personal, no sin antes reiterar mi compromiso con esta institución y solicitarle que, al término de la licencia solicitada, me permita reincorporarme para continuar con la encomienda que me ha confiado en materia de garantizar a todas las y los colimenses el derecho humano al agua”.

Cabe mencionar, que ante el Consejo de Administración se explicó que durante la ausencia de Parra Barragán, CIAPACOV se quedará en buenas manos, con el equipo que ha sacado adelante las tareas del organismo con absoluta responsabilidad; los servicios que brinda el organismo operador están completamente garantizados y se seguirán realizando como hasta ahora se ha hecho.

Por último, Vladimir Parra agradeció a las y los integrantes del Consejo de Administración, por su respaldo en esta decisión, así mismo agradeció a la Gobernadora Indira Vizcaíno por la confianza brindada y reafirmo su permanente compromiso para seguir aportando al proyecto de transformación que encabeza en Colima.

Durante la sesión estuvieron presentes Vladimir Parra, Director General de CIAPACOV, Eduardo Jurado Escamilla, encargado de la Oficina de la oficina de la Gubernatura; así como las y los representantes de autoridades municipales, diputados, regidores, entre otros más.
