EMPODERAR A LAS MUJERES, UNA PRIORIDAD DEL CJM

Conforme a la visión que tiene el Fiscal General del Estado, Bryant Alejandro García Ramírez, de otorgar las herramientas necesarias y el desarrollo de habilidades para empoderar a las mujeres y la impartición de justicia en este sector poblacional, el Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres (CJM) adscrito a la Fiscalía General, ha fortalecido la estrategia de empoderamiento de las mujeres, instrumento fundamental para lograr eliminar las prácticas discriminatorias y la violencia de género, aseveró Diana Elizabeth Cortés Vaca, titular de la dependencia.

En este sentido, señaló que a través de las acciones de empoderamiento que se tienen en el Centro, han diseñado varios programas enfocados a promover el liderazgo, el autocuidado, los derechos de las mujeres, así como a empoderarlas, a fin de que identifiquen, prevengan y actúen en caso de violencia.

Entre estas actividades se encuentra el Programa de Empoderamiento, que se imparte desde el año 2019 para que las participantes comprendan en primera instancia los conceptos de género, identifiquen los tipos y modalidades de violencia, reflexionen sobre la desigualdad entre hombres y mujeres y al mismo tiempo, conozcan el alcance del empoderamiento para aplicarlo a su vida diaria.

Asimismo, se realiza el Programa de Emprendimiento con el propósito de capacitar a las mujeres en temas de emprendimiento y fomentar el autoempleo, donde las mujeres puedan generar sus propios ingresos enseñándoles a desarrollar una actividad. Cabe mencionar que de enero a la fecha se tienen 330 usuarias impactadas en este rubro.

Diana Elizabeth Cortes Vaca, subrayó que en los procesos de las mujeres que viven o vivieron violencia, trabajar en su empoderamiento es trascendente, pues les proporciona herramientas para que reconstruyan su vida y dejen atrás sus relaciones violentas, así como la posibilidad de ser autónomas e independientes económicamente.
