+ Se determinaron 299 carpetas de investigación del 21 al 27 de agosto de 2023
La Vice Fiscalía de Procedimientos Penales a través de los agentes del Ministerio Público adscritos a su dirección homónima, en seguimiento a la labor que desempeñan dentro de esta FGE, continúan dando resultados derivado de los elementos necesarios, mismos que permiten la procuración de justicia en la entidad.
Es por ello que en el periodo que comprende del 21 al 27 de agosto de la presente anualidad, el personal realizó 299 acuerdos ministeriales como formas de terminación de la investigación en diferentes rubros, tales como archivo temporal, archivo por perdón, abstención de investigar y no ejercicio de la acción penal, en los términos que dispone el Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales. Asimismo, fueron radicadas 363 carpetas de investigación y se tuvo la participación en 28 audiencias las cuales se llevaron a cabo en las diversas sedes judiciales.
Igualmente, se reportaron 2 procedimientos abreviados, 4 acuerdos reparatorios, 1 sentencia en juicio oral, 3 órdenes de aprehensión y 5 órdenes de cateo mismas que fueron solicitadas y autorizadas por los distintos Jueces de Control del Poder Judicial del Estado de Colima.
Es de precisar que dichas carpetas de investigación contienen información que constantemente está siendo actualizada.
