Así lo informó el Presidente Municipal de Villa de Álvarez, Felipe Cruz, con relación al tema de la deuda municipal que se adquirió en las anteriores administraciones, superior a los 300 millones de pesos, y que a la presente le toca resolver.
Cruz Calvario informó que, tan sólo de la deuda a Banobras, ya se han pagado poco más de 5 millones de pesos; mientras que otro tanto, entre otros conceptos se ha pagado por laudos de demandas laborales que tiene la comuna y pago a algunas empresas muebleras, por dinero que la administración pasada les retuvo a trabajadores pero, que no fue entregado a tales empresas.
