En el marco de la sesión Pública de Cabildo No. 71 de carácter Solemne, la Presidenta Municipal de Manzanillo, Griselda Martínez Martínez, rindió su 3er Informe de resultados.
A 20 días de concluir los primeros 3 años de gobierno, la alcaldesa señaló los logros alcanzados al encabezar un gobierno humanista, incluyente, sustentado en principios de libertad, justicia social, austeridad, honradez, trasparencia, veracidad, honestidad y lealtad a los principios y a los ideales; destacando:
La realización de 300 obras con una inversión superior a 300 millones de pesos, con recursos 100 por ciento municipales. Inversión sin precedentes en seguridad pública por más de 125 millones de pesos. La estabilización del municipio gracias a la estricta aplicación de disciplina financiera que ha permitido pagar puntualmente sueldos, cuotas al IMSS, INFONAVIT y al IPECOL, siendo Manzanillo el único municipio al corriente con todos sus compromisos. El pago de 200 millones de pesos de deudas de administraciones anteriores y más de 45 millones de pesos de deudas heredadas en la Comisión de Agua Potable, Drenaje y Alcantarillado de Manzanillo (CAPDAM). La inversión de más de 51.8 millones de pesos en la modernización del sistema de alumbrado público con la instalación de 18 mil 717 nuevas luminarias. Inversión de 90 millones de pesos en obras realizadas por la CAPDAM para mejorar las redes de agua potable y drenaje; la compra de equipamiento para dar mejor servicios a la población con más de 200 nuevas unidades entre grúas, camionetas de diversos tipos, volteos, retroexcavadoras, moto conformadoras, rodillos compactadores, cuatrimotos, motos acuáticas -que suman una inversión de 114.7 millones de pesos y que son hoy parte del patrimonio de los manzanillenses; poco más de 3 millones de pesos de inversión para dotar de Internet gratuito a 14 comunidades, más de 12.4 millones de pesos de inversión para mejorar la infraestructura, limpieza y seguridad en nuestras playas, más de 8.6 millones en desarrollo del municipio con la reactivación económica en barrios y comunidades a través de programas como “Emprendiendo Mi Auto Empleo” y “#PorAmorAManzanilllo Consume Local”; más de 37.4 millones de pesos en apoyos al desarrollo social, medio millón de pesos en Becas para el tratamiento de adicciones en verdaderas clínicas de rehabilitación. La ejecución de más de 160 obras en beneficio de productores y comunidades rurales del municipio. El desarrollo de plataformas digitales para lograr la modernización catastral y realizar trámites en línea; entre otros.
Griselda Martínez señaló que todo esto se ha podido hacer gracias a que “los contribuyentes a lo largo de estos 3 años han confiado en nuestra administración por lo que hemos logrado mayores ingresos por pago de predial con relación a la administración anterior, en poco más de 157 millones de pesos y a los ahorros y excedentes que se han tenido, por un total de 170.8 millones de pesos”.
Ante la presencia de la Gobernadora electa, Indira Vizcaíno; el Magistrado Sergio Marcelino Bravo Sandoval -representante del Poder judicial- y del diputado Rogelio Salinas Sánchez -representante del Poder Legislativo-, la Presidenta Municipal de Manzanillo, Griselda Martínez, enfatizó: “No somos un gobierno de simulación.
