GOBIERNO DE COLIMA Y COORDINACIÓN GENERAL DE PROGRAMAS PARA EL BIENESTAR FIRMAN CONVENIO PARA BENEFICIAR A MÁS PERSONAS

La gobernadora de Colima, Indira Vizcaíno Silva, firmó este lunes en Manzanillo el convenio general de colaboración con la Coordinación Nacional de Programas para el Bienestar a cargo de Carlos Gastón Torres Rosas, documento que muestra que los gobiernos de la Cuarta Transformación priorizan los temas sensibles y urgentes para la ciudadanía; es decir, aquellos que abonan a la construcción de contextos más justos y equitativos.

Indira Vizcaíno dijo que en la Coordinación General de Programas para el Bienestar concurren programas, acciones e inversiones para cumplir objetivos y estrategias más nobles; “este convenio permitirá que los programas lleguen a quien deben llegar: la gente que más lo necesita. Dijo que así se tendrá oportunidad de planear con mayor precisión la operatividad y puesta en marcha de los programas para el bienestar del Gobierno de México en Colima, y dar seguimiento puntual a los compromisos realizados.

«No hay marcha atrás en el avance de Colima y el país por la ruta del bienestar (…) quienes formamos parte del Gobierno de Colima coincidimos en el objetivo de trabajar con empeño y mucha fuerza, siempre fieles a nuestro origen democrático y convicción de crear las condiciones que compensen las desventajas que ha padecido la población más vulnerable durante años de exclusión de oportunidades de desarrollo y condiciones de vida dignas», dijo la mandataria estatal.

Carlos Torres, coordinador nacional de Programas para el Bienestar, señaló que el Gobierno de México continuará con la estrategia de apoyar a la gente e indicó que, este convenio fortalece el impulso a estos programas; «este convenio busca que no tengamos trabas para trabajar con una sola estructura; que el pretexto no sea burocrático y que, si hay voluntades de trabajar en un solo equipo, eso nos permite hacer más con los mismos recursos lo hagamos».

«El movimiento de transformación que encabeza nuestro presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, se está llevando a cabo desde abajo, con la gente, con la participación de todos (…); lo que nosotros estamos haciendo es una democracia con la participación de todos y se está apoyando principalmente a la gente que menos tiene», dijo Carlos Torres Rosas.

MILLONARIA INVERSIÓN EN COLIMA

Viridiana Valencia Vargas, delegada de Programas para el Bienestar en Colima, informó que durante este año,139 mil colimenses serán beneficiados con Programas para el Bienestar y con ello habrá una dispersión total de recursos que rondará los 3 mil 295 millones 638 mil 210 pesos.

Agradeció a la gobernadora Indira Vizcaíno por ser una aliada fundamental para el Gobierno de México y pilar en la transformación de Colima. Asimismo, reconoció a Carlos Torres por implementar las políticas públicas que se dictan en el país, para garantizar la justicia social a través de Programas para el Bienestar.

«Tenemos la consigna de integrar en un solo cuerpo la acción e intervención de todos los programas de bienestar del Gobierno de México en Colima; nuestra misión y las reflexiones que hagamos, así como el convenio que firmamos, deben adherirse a este precepto: estamos obligadas y obligados a aprovechar al máximo nuestros talentos, así como de las y los servidores públicos que conformamos nuestros equipos de trabajo, para construir un mejor estado y llegar a cada rincón del territorio colimense donde sea necesario consolidar el proceso de transformación al que pertenecemos», puntualizó Viri Valencia.
