Sumamente productiva fue la gira de trabajo por la Ciudad de México de la gobernadora electa, Indira Vizcaíno Silva, quien se reunió con diferentes funcionarios federales para analizar temas de interés de las y los colimenses, como la seguridad, la vigilancia de los recursos federales que llegan a nuestra entidad y proyectos de desarrollo urbano y las condiciones en las que las familias pueden acceder de mejor manera a financiamiento para una vivienda digna. Vizcaíno Silva tuvo un encuentro de trabajo con Román Meyer Falcón, secretario de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), en el que coincidieron en la gran oportunidad que hay en el puerto de Manzanillo para crear nuevos proyectos de inversión para generar infraestructura urbana, mejorar los servicios públicos y la movilidad.

“En la reunión dialogamos sobre el programa de mejoramiento urbano que se estará desarrollando en beneficio de Manzanillo y sus habitantes durante el 2022, así como las acciones que se estarán definiendo en lo que resta de este año para poder atender las colonias con mayor marginación y problemática del municipio.

El objetivo que tenemos para los próximos años, es mejorar la calidad y las condiciones de vida de las y los colimenses, conformando equipamientos y espacios públicos como parques, espacios deportivos, escuelas, rehabilitación de centros históricos y corredores comerciales”, detalló la gobernadora electa. También durante su gira de trabajo, se reunió con Carlos Martínez Velázquez, director general del Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores (INFONAVIT), para analizar la situación actual en la entidad y establecer las bases de colaboración y coordinación que permitirán que los trabajadores dispongan con mayor facilidad los créditos. “Hablamos sobre los nuevos créditos que se están generando y que incluso podrán ser para adquirir terrenos, con tasas más bajas de las que se manejaban con antelación y quedamos con el compromiso de trabajar en conjunto para impulsar los proyectos de vivienda del estado de Colima en nuestro gobierno”.

La gobernadora electa señaló que con la nueva administración que habrá en Colima, se respaldará a la industria de la construcción y se promoverán acciones para el desarrollo de este sector, para que tengan impacto directo en favor de la economía de la entidad. Cabe destacar que, ayer martes, acompañó a autoridades del gobierno estatal saliente a una reunión en la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público del Gobierno de México “para dar seguimiento al gesto humanitario y sensible que nuestro presidente, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, tuvo al resolver el problema de la actual administración, referente a la falta de recursos para la nómina de los trabajadores”. Tras la reunión, recalcó que seguirá “al pendiente de esta lamentable situación. Estaremos vigilantes de que los recursos autorizados por el presidente sean usados de manera responsable y exclusivamente en los salarios de los trabajadores y servidores públicos”.

Por último, también agradeció al Almirante José Rafael Ojeda Durán, titular de la Secretaría de Marina, por la reunión en la que se abordaron “temas prioritarios para la seguridad y el bienestar de las familias colimenses”. Estos encuentros sirven para construir acuerdos y establecer mecanismos que permitan acceder a más recursos para trasformar el entorno y la calidad de vida de las familias colimenses.
